Ja sam Nikola i po profesiji sam mentor.Kada sam krenuo na ovaj put mislio sam da ću se u radu sa ljudima uglavnom baviti prenosom znanja koje se tiče reorganizacija, unapredjenja sistema, procesa, postavljanja zdrave baze organizacije ali izgleda da 80% vremena dajem prostor ljudima u kome shvate da vrede i da zato sto vrede je logično i prirodan korak da počnu da se bore za sebe. Da imaju pravo na zdravo okruzenje, da budu poštovani i da budu dobro i da im odredjeni alati koji su im dostupni kod mene dosta pomognu kako da navigiraju taj proces i da budu dobro kroz taj proces. A da im je najbitniji kompas unutrasnja intuicija koja je često kulturolski i porodično pregazena. Mnogo volim ovo što radim. My passion for fixing and working with people has led me in the support industry and customer-facing roles. I have gained experience working and changing small startups to great multinational organizations that have great numbers of customers and operations worldwide. As my nature for challenges drove me I was able to quickly adjust to new environments, recognize problems, and start fixing them, changing processes, and gathering new insights. I saw that my biggest passion is observing systems and finding patterns that are usually left unseen and cause internal issues, friction, and confusion, as well as the joy of fixing it and looking it working better than before. Leceto.Agency is a natural extension of my journey.
