My passion for fixing and working with people has led me in the support industry and customer-facing roles. I have gained experience working and changing small startups to great multinational organizations that have great numbers of customers and operations worldwide. As my nature for challenges drove me I was able to quickly adjust to new environments, recognize problems, and start fixing them, changing processes, and gathering new insights. I saw that my biggest passion is observing systems and finding patterns that are usually left unseen and cause internal issues, friction, and confusion, as well as the joy of fixing it and looking it working better than before.
