Business Development Project Manager (Mobilisation).It is an absolute priviledge to be working for UK's leadng HIV and Sexual Health Charity, the Terrence Higgins Trust, I've been contracted to mobilise THT’s two key contracts: Essex Wellbeing Service and Integrated Sexual Health Service Essex, both very prominent and high profile services, delivered in partnership with several other agencies.My role is to ensure all operation elements of service are fully implemented and mobilised within the given timeframe and a service of an exceptional quality and high standards is delivered within the initial stages of the contract. My focus is on strategic and partnership work, reaching relevant milestones and achieving strategic goals for both services. In mind November 2021 I've returned to an office based role - still for/within the NHS, this time as a Compliance and Assurance Coordinator (fixed term contract)I ensure that UCLH complies with legal and regulatory requirement as related to the Recruitment process (somewhat more complex now, post Brexit).I work closely with colleagues across other departments to identify and minimise risk. I carry out an on-going data analysis; create new reporting and communication tools; and develop new processes and strategies for managing regulatory risks. This role requires great attention to detail and analytical skills, combined with excellent interpersonal skills in order to resolve identified issues promptly and successfully.I find this role interesting, engaging and with ample opportunities to learn, gain new skills, and keep my professional knowledge up to date.

I've joined UCLH, North Central London COVID-19 Vaccination Program at the start of 2021, and it is with a great deal of pride that I got to wear my NHS lanyard.From March till May 2021 I trained for the role & have since been in active service up till (and incl) the start of 2022.I’m signed off to carry out pre-vaccination clinical assessments / screening; and to administer Pfizer vaccine (to adults as well as young people) and the flu vaccines.I worked across various vaccination sites, medical centres, pharmacies and schools. Although my primary role was a Vaccinator (which I very much enjoyed), I was always happy to support the program in whichever way was require.I’d conduct pre-vaccination assessments, reviewing client / patient medical histories and highlight any potential risks or adverse reactions to the Clinical Lead.I’d set up vaccination stations and manage H&S risks, ensure service compliance with GDPR; and Safeguard clients where required.I’d make sure we achieve best possible clinical outcomes for all our clients / patients.It feels like a true privilege to have been part of a program of such magnitude and significance, part of a service that was absolutely crucial, and changed / improved (perhaps even saved!) so many lives.

I left Clarion HG in Feb 2021Although I am taking a short (and well earned!) sabbatical, I do remain open to new opportunities.At present I’m most keen to enter into short term contracts to explore the wider business world outside and beyond the borders of my previous employer / work experience (social care, community care and housing). I look to utilise my leadership, coaching and metoring skills; management, community engagement and development, and health and wellbeing promotion.Ps: I’m also using this time to (finally!) undergo 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training.I’m excited beyond words :)

I worked closely with the GPs as well as the counsellors to implement changes to service delivery, ensure the service was well publicised, referral were appropriate, clients seen promptly and counsellors supported to deliver their best.I’ve sen this service improve significantly in this short period of time and new processes have been embedded to enable a more efficient running of the service.
