I am an entrepreneur who believes that the ability to learn, unlearn or relearn is the most important one in today’s world and my purpose is to make game-setting leadership education accessible. I am the founder and CEO of ATAIRU, a purpose-driven international leadership development company with ambition to positively impact 1 million people. My strength lies in building a fast-growing EduTech company through focus on future ready leadership content and innovations & technology.In the last decade ATAIRU has grown over 30% per year and it became one of the top 10 leadership development companies in Europe & most innovative in the Czech Republic. I co-authored a number of internationally acclaimed development programs. I have also actively contributed to debates on the future of leadership, including Peter Diamandis' Abundance 360 and TEDxEducation and have been frequently featured in media such as Forbes.For the last few years, I have been focusing on building a technological ecosystem of international leadership development products - ATAIRU Leadership TV, ATAIRU Lab and STRATAIRU. ATAIRU Leadership TV, in its first 2 year, had 100+ companies with over 80% of viewership, 85% satisfaction rate and over 50 000 data points & benchmarks collected. Currently,we are developing STRATAIRU, a unique methodology focused on strategy definition, communication and operationalization (used by 50+ companies).Before founding ATAIRU, I held various positions in business internationally, including McKinsey & Company and the UN World Food Programme. As part of my MBA program at Harvard Business School, I co-authored The Authentic and Integrated Leadership Model.
