My internship stints with Fleishman-Hillard and Text100 sparked my interest to pursue a career in an agency environment. Kicked off my communications career with Text100 in January 2009, after completing a Bachelor of Arts (Communications and Media Management) from the University of South Australia. Since then, I've joined the senior leadership team at Text100 Malaysia in my capacity as Senior Director, Integrated Communications, and participate in decision-making for the agency’s overall business, from business development to people to sales and marketing.I thrive in a fast-paced environment and I don't buckle under extreme pressure. I enjoy challenges and have managed to fast-track through promotion metrics and objectives, earning six promotions in eight years. Team player, collaborative, result-oriented, and meticulous. Some of the work I'm proud of - Hong Kong Tourism Board Collaboration with Aaron Aziz. Nokia Rangers, a social media campaign that earned the Asia Pacific SABRE Awards 2011 for Best Multi-Country Campaign in Asia Pacific. DiGi Broadband Done Right campaign that swept the Gold Campaign of the Year, Technology Campaign of the Year and Consumer Campaign of the Year at the Malaysia PR Awards 2009. Strong expertise and varied experience in corporate & brand reputation management, integrated communications campaigns, crisis preparation and management, project management and delivery, influencer & social media marketing, event planning, and celebrity branding. I've also worked on a diverse portfolio of high-profile brands from across industries spanning technology, consumer, tourism and healthcare. Currently leading the Autodesk, Adobe, DHL Express, Boston Scientific Corporation, Khazanah Nasional Berhad, iMoney, Hong Kong Tourism Board, Rolls-Royce, and Red Hat accounts. Recognized in the APAC Text100 Awards for Trusted Advisor in 2013, and subsequently awarded Global Trusted Advisor of FY13 in September 2013.
