Contract project manager hired in the 6th year of a 2 year project. At the time of hire the conversion rate from paper time cards to automated time keeping was 26 employees a month. Within 90 days the rate was 275 a month. Saved the client $50,000 in additional costs for reader stands by analyzing reader swipes using Visio and Oracle. This analysis also allowed the client to return $40,000 of readers they had purchased. The client extended the original 90 day contract several times in order to get my help on other problems.

I led the DBA group developing and operating Sybase SQL solutions to support the DigitalLighthouse call center and order entry web applications. We focused on performance tuning and automated management of the SQL server and implemented a program to identify and tune long running queries to reduce timeouts and call times for the customer service reps.

Developed a visual scheduling system that used Visio to create jpgs based on a configuration database.
