As the Chief Technologist at Municipal Enterprise for waste treatment (MEWT), I lead and manage the production and technological processes of the largest mechanical-biological treatment plant in Europe. I am responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the waste treatment, as well as the compliance with the environmental and safety standards.I have over 10 years of professional experience in the waste management industry, starting as a Shift Supervisor and then advancing to a Production Engineer and a Chief Technologist. I have successfully implemented multiple process improvement projects, resulting in increased productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced performance. I have also developed and delivered presentations and trainings for various stakeholders, demonstrating my communication and problem-solving skills.I am passionate about finding innovative and effective solutions for waste treatment and environmental protection. I am also committed to continuous learning and self-development.
