I started my career at the multinational company of SHP Group (Slovak Hygienic Paper Group), working on a variety of projects related to re-launch of the Celex brand and launch of the new brand of Harmony in the region of south-eastern Europe. I managed market surveys, marketing communications and support of business partners in several countries. Having moved to the headquarters in Slovakia, my responsibility comprised group marketing projects. My achievements included communication strategies, market survey in the region of Western Europe, marketing campaigns, group brand of Harmony, and loyalty program.After becoming FMCG non-food marketing professional, I switch to B2B with Sodexo’s Benefits & Rewards Services. My role was to build up new concept for vouchers exploitation, launch new services and responsibility for the product life cycle. Getting involved into local and global group projects, I took over responsibility for the Marketing department, as well as the Customer service department. Planning, budgeting and close cooperation with the country staff were my key responsibilities.Having experiences in FMCG and B2B, I jumped to other side of marketing field, working with an advertising and consultancy agency. Using cross-marketing experiences, I have helped clients like Accenture, Porfix, Kempinski, Sheraton, Partners Group, or ING Bank to achieve their goals and improve performance on the Slovak market.As coffee is my passion, it was a pleasure for me to join the European vending leader of Selecta. In the position of the Marketing Manager, I was responsible for Czech and Slovak markets. I have successfully launched premium self serve concept - Starbucks on the go, which represents historical launch of Starbucks brand in Slovakia.On the current position, Sales and Marketing director SK, my key responsibilities are sales management and operations, negotiation, coaching, business strategy and development.
