20 years experience in Airline and Airport IT Development and Management at Air France KLMMy responsabilities :- Management of a portfolio of IT projects and products (ATOM/DCA – GATE – INTERFACES Migrations – ALOA – TIMER – OZE – CPEI – SRB).- Responsible for all aspects of the projects and products over the entire project life cycle (analyse, define, initiate, plan, build, test, deliver, maintain, evolve and improve the solution, perform a continuous assesment of risks of the solution). Defining the project's scope and objectives, as well as estimating the activities duration and resources and building a project plan.- Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project. - Control the overall project performance (schedule, budget and quality) to ensure the on-time delivery with high quality standards and high customer satisfaction.- Contribute with the Sales Team to market the solution.- Communicate with Head of Solutions Delivery, Product Manager, Support Manager, Development Team, Implementation Team, Sales Team, Customer, Third Party Suppliers and others.- Give feedback on the procedures, methodologies and tools.
