Serve as Deputy General Manager, responsible for designing long-term and short-term IT strategies.Oversee security measures, including backups, disaster recovery, antivirus protection, user authorization and group policy, and administration of ERP application user rights.Manage infrastructure, including UPS, server room, cooling, fire protection, access control, and temperature monitoring and alerting.Maintain WAN connections, including redundant wire and wireless links and monitoring.Manage VPN tunnels, including IPSEC and GPRS connections to mobile devices.Implement sales force automation using handheld computers (Psion Teklogix Workabout Pro G1/G2).Redesign ERP application and application for mobile devices, including cost accounting, inventory control, general ledger, accounts receivable, invoicing, accounts payable, supplier invoices, payments, distribution, planning, outsourced customer service, and ERP-integrated e-commerce.Administer Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, DHCP, DDNS, Active Directory, web servers, terminal services, and mail server.Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, business intelligence systems, video surveillance, and remote site monitoring.Lead web development projects for the company's website and e-commerce platform (www.tim.com.mk, www.shopping.tim.com.mk), including the use of digital marketing techniques.Utilise skills in PL/SQL, VB, C#, content management, marketing, SEO, social media, Active Directory administration, and Microsoft Office
