My broad knowledge of all the latest bleeding edge technologies, ability to learn on the fly, and unique analytical thought process enabled me to quickly diagnose, identify, and resolve extremely technical issues. I applied my unique talents to introduce significant cost and time saving efficiencies into DoD customer software baselines. As the lead technical subject matter expert on various high visibility projects, I was often called upon to brief senior leadership and was completely at ease with explaining some of the most difficult technical challenges to non-technical leadership, empowering them with the knowledge they needed in order to make the best decisions. During my time at NSA, I held a sensitively high level security clearance and worked with many contractors, including Northrop Grumman, General Dynamic, and others.
