I spent my early career working for RTGX (Sold to AIS in 2016) as a Department of Defense Intelligence Community contractor (NSA). My broad knowledge of all the latest bleeding edge technologies, ability to learn on the fly, and unique analytical thought process enabled me to quickly diagnose, identify, and resolve extremely technical issues. I applied my unique talents to introduce significant cost and time saving efficiencies into DoD customer software baselines. As the lead technical subject matter expert on various high visibility projects, I was often called upon to brief senior leadership and was completely at ease with explaining some of the most difficult technical challenges to non-technical leadership, empowering them with the knowledge they needed in order to make the best decisions. During my time at NSA, I held a sensitively high level security clearance and worked with many contractors, including Northrop Grumman, General Dynamic, and others. I also started my own DoD consulting company, known as Dovestech. I was inspirational in leading Dovestech to obtaining its Facility Clearance through the Provisional Industrial Security Approval (PISA) Sponsorship Program at NSA, with the authorization by Technical Director's who saw value in my innovative product ideas. I worked on highly sensitive technical programs within the DoD, providing much needed innovative technology advancements. I have been inspirational in pushing forward innovative products, such as ThreatPop, a touch-enabled, interactive, cyber security visualization tool. I successfully exited my majority interest of Dovestech to a leading partner within the DoD-IC space.
