Teams are distributed between the United States (30 people), Brazil (22 people) and India (45 people). Closely work with the rest of the executive team to ensure company objectives are met and to provide strategic direction and to work with external partners. We follow strict Agile development methodologies to ensure that quality, scalable, and reliable products are delivered quickly and on time. Also work hard to make sure we have a BLAST doing it!TravelPass Group has achieved $2.2 billion in all time gross hotel booking revenue and has made 7.8 million bookings. Built a scalable and efficient development team (Utah, Brazil and India) to handle the explosive growth of the Partner Fusion web properties. Created agile processes to efficiently develop and deliver new products. Often building minimum viable products and delivering them to users in just a few weeks to test success with users and collect data to quickly iterate the next set of features. Some of these businesses we shut down and some we grew into large industry leading businesses.

We specialized in developing social media websites and connecting families around the world through the Internet. We launched the family social network and news site Familyshare.com. Assembled a 200+ international domain name portfolio around this site as well. Self funded this business by doing social media consulting work in the US and Brazil. This included launching sites like Viajamos.com.br (for Azul airlines), WeSpeak.com, and Offertas.com.br. After 18 months we sold this company and our domain portfolio to Deseret Digital Media so they could continue our vision of connecting families.
