Merged two of UAP's Operating Companies (Ag-Chem Inc. & Ag.Chem Serv.) into one creating UAP Northeast. Responsible for managing UAP's 30+ retail locations in the Northeastern U.S. from VA. to ME. Revenue base ~$140M annually.

Responsible for management of UAP's Mid-Atlantic operations from northern N.C. thru PA. and N.J. Managed revenues in excess of $80M.
