ECU engine tests using Coredo, INCA, Creta, Integrity, HiL, CANalyzer (MDA)

Product: Rain / light / solar / HUD sensor & vehicle tests (application engineer)Responsibilities: Environmental testing, vehicle testing (application eng.), functional testing (CANoe, CANape, DOORS, Integrity, MatLab, SAP), test specification reviews, project estimation, project planning, tracking, manual and automated test case execution and maintenance, test environment setup maintenance, error root cause investigation, test results analysis and reporting, effort estimation of own tasks.

- Validates products according to required specifications, functionality using, defining and developing tests for software projects underway- Reverse engineering on ECU software- Responsible for testing and traceability in accordance with the requirements and specifications set- Responsible for using the environment (conditioning) test and give feedback- Responsible for knowledge and use of the testing process- Participate in automation (using internal tools or other programming languages) of manual tests

• Responsible for test planning / management and qualification testing of automotive lighting products (lamps, head lamps, tail lamps) and iluminaires (electrical tests, mechanicl tests, thermical tests, EMC tests etc.)• Develop qualification test specifications and product validation plans according to OEM customer test standards / specifications• Review and communicate with customers on test specifications / requirements, and test status reportings• Perform product validation tests on a variety of products according to the approved test plans• Implement and carry out datalogging of test conditions, and perform verification tests of test setups as required• Implement automated test setups for tests / measurements as needed• Prepare product test quotations and test plans according to european EMC standards / requirements• Aligns policies and procedures with Quality Labs Reliability / EMC Organization Uses all validation and technical training to identify potential reliability concerns• Document test results and other required data, and prepare test reports according to operating procedures• Validate all the requirements for the test and ensure it is comprehensive and accurate• Interact directly with internal business unit customers regarding project specifications, project status updates, and timelines during performance and the testing• Adhere to the qualification laboratory Operations Manual, operating procedures and work instructions• Address and resolve testing issues with the customers timely• Organize daily workload in an efficient manner

• Traveling to customers and commissioning of the device• Instructing the customer regarding the operation of the devices• Coordination of and participation at preventive and corrective maintenance operations• Advertising the equipment, recommendation of technical solutions to the customer• Hotline for customers• Monitoring the development of the service contracts• Supporting the colleagues the financial department during important projects, using my technical know-how• Training and assessment of the subordinate personnel so that the latter can reach the necessary knowledge level• Organizing, leading, and controlling the personnel in order to reach the efficiency, volume, and quality objectives for the performed activity• Increasing and development of customer portfolio • Continuous preparation in the latest technologies
