Investigate and implement new business opportunities (printing & prepress).- Variable Data Printing. I investigated different solutions for VDP such as XMPie, Direct Smile, Print Shop Mail. Also I have participated in running some VDP projects.- Production Workflow (design and implementation). I designed a production workflow for our digital printing house with several digital printing presses (IGen 3, DocuColor).- Proofing system (investigation and implementation). I investigated several proofing solutions and implemented GMG FlexoProof with Epson 4880 in our prepress office.- Colour Management. I led implementation of colour management in our printing group, working with different types of machines: digital press machines, indoor and outdoor printing machines.- I was involved in implementing quality assurance project in our group.- I conducted several colour management and prepress workshops.
