Current- Configuring, supporting and maintaining all CIS components. - Managing all networks users including their permissions as well as printer configurations and printer supplies. - Maintaining, updating, documenting and troubleshooting all MMU mission related applications hosted on those networks. - Providing the data file backup process and data recovery as needed. - Liaising with service & equipment providers and NSPA / MMU as required to fulfil his/her duties. - Troubleshooting and allocating user access to the e-fax services. - Managing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, replacing unserviceable devices and coordinating issues with service providers. - Maintaining and updating the Office Information System (OIS) documentation, including end-users guides and Section technical guidelines, and providing training and guidelines to end-users. - Ensuring at all times that NSPA and NATO Office of Security (NOS) security regulations are followed in all activities in the networking area and reporting any security incidents immediately in writing and verbally to the Chief of Section and the Chief of Branch.- Detecting and resolving security violations, and enhancing security to avoid identified security failures in close co-ordination with the Branch’s team charged with IS security. - Executing, as assigned, the operation, configuration, maintenance and support of selective parts of the Communication and Information Systems (CIS) environment, including the aspects of evaluation, testing, installation, reliability, availability, performance, capacity, security, documentation, monitoring, reporting and quality.- Assisting in analyzing Information Technology (IT) Security and Information Systems (IS) engineering needs, and assisting in systems architecture design and maintenance. - Executing and coordinating work as described by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the goal to deliver the SLA services accurately
