The MD role expands my existing technical responsibilities with everything that relates to running our two local offices in Romania: employer branding, talent acquisition, internal IT, HR, local events, office management, as well as partnering with our Finance and Legal teams and collaborating with local authorities.

With 50+ members, our Payments team builds and runs in Production everything in Mambu's portfolio that revolves around Bank Payments, scaling up to 100s of TPS. During my time here, I have lead the team through creating new services, improving performance and resilience for existing ones, as well as multiple major changes and reorgs.

The Ecosystem Tribe at Mambu develops and runs in Production integrations between Mambu and 3rd party systems, using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, AWS and Low Code, and also delivers the Mambu Process Orchestrator as a Low Code tool for customers to build their own integrations and extensions.I started with a team of 5 and I've grown that into a Tribe of 70+ talented individuals, in multiple roles: Software / Service Reliability / Platform Engineers, plus leadership roles as Engineering / Product / Partnership Managers. During this time, we have successfully delivered 20+ integrations between Mambu and 3rd party banking systems, each of them as standalone products, in the areas of Payments, Cards, Banking Front Office and Downstream Data. In order to achieve this, we continuously evolved our engineering practices, as well as reliability practices (on-call and daytime guardianship).During my time leading the Ecosystem Tribe, we have decreased the number of major incidents per month by more than 70 times, all while delivering 10 times more products to 10 times more customers and 10 times faster release rates.During my time in this role, I have also initiated and led the creation of a new company wide Career Progression Framework for all Engineering profiles in Mambu, which was very well received and used by both managers and engineers.

Codeless offers customers Low Code and Windows based solutions, as well nearshoring development capacity for Europe-based software companies.As a Technical Director, I have continued building our local organisation up to 60+ colleagues and I am involved in building the company's technical strategy, as well as all aspects of day-to-day software development, driving the achievement of our short and long term company goals.

I was part of the company since the opening of our development center in Iași. During any regular day, I could be a Software Engineer, Team Lead, Software Architect, Project Manager, Project Lead, Technical Support and Manager.As a developer, I have used C#, ASP .NET, WPF, WCF, Microsoft SQL Server, Firebird SQL, .NET Framework, Restful Services, IIS and others for developing Windows, Azure, Web and Mobile-based applications. In my Architect role, I have combined all the technologies above into enterprise grade products.In all my roles, I have been involved in projects with various customers: Marketing and media Management, Telecommunications, Logistics, Automated Warehouse solutions, Manufacturing, Oil, Maritime, Flower breeding and many more.As a Technical Lead and Manager, I have led the growth of our development center in Iași grow from 1 to over 30 employees, through recruitment, performance evaluations, managing budgets and being the face and voice of the company at local events.

Used Microsoft SQL Server, C#, ASP .NET, HTML, CSS, Javascript, IIS to develop products either as part of a team or sometimes as a one-man-show.

Teaching Compiler Programming to students in the second year of study, using technologies like: Lex, Yacc, Flex and Bison. The Labs that I taught were 50% of the final grade.

I worked in a team developing a cloth simulator, using C# .Net, C++, DirectX, 3D tools and also participated in national fares featuring our software.
