As a member of the Operational Performance Management unit, I am coordinating the team in order to have a good plan for deliverables, especially for defining and implementing a Quarterly KPI measurement system designed to increase the operational efficiency of backoffice and network teams.Also I have the responsibility to:• Establish / update performance measurement indicators together with the Performance Management Director in collaboration with Central and Regional Operations departments and structures of Telekom Romania, identifying the data sources for them and the appropriate measurement methods;• to model analyzes, dashboards and automated matrixes designed to show KPIs achievement;• actively participates in the development of the current data processing solutions in order to improve the quality, timing of analysis and accessibility within the organization to the results of the KPIs measurement;• participates in the internal/external communication activities of the actions and results of the performance management system;• coordinates crossfunctional project teams, contributing with the analysis and reports necessary for the optimal performance of the respective projects to streamline the activities/processes within Telekom Romania.

Responsible with the following tasks in Planning and Controlling dept:COSTS:- Support in monthly costs reporting OPEX and CAPEX based on IFRS standards (reconciliations between analytic bank accounts and local reporting codes – accounting view);REVENUES:- Actual revenues reporting – low granularity for segments (Retail, Corporate, Private) so that business will be able to have a deep comparison to the budget or previous months.- Branch Performance Monitoring – analyses each branch agency so that managers will see in the same report costs, revenues, provisions, spreads, KPIs, net profit, to decide the best next steps.STATISTICS:- Outstanding clients, accounts in bank’s portfolio.- PPT slides with some aggregations, comparisons and graphics for Management Board.- Monthly reporting to the bank Group – consolidation between all department’s reports to have an overview in one file (revenues, costs, provisions, clients, accounts, employees, credit or debit cards)- Database creation, replacing the excel work to have the figures in an accurate view. (using VBA)BUSINESS CASES:- Build different business cases for projects which VPs wants to implement ( for instance, when retail segment thinks to open new branches)DATAWAREHOUSE:- Implementation and testing the reports that will be available in DWH ( used tools : Toad for Oracle, Teradata, Microstrategy)BUDGET | FORECAST:- Retail Budget and forecast template files.- Kickoffs Meetings – timetables for the budget process, deadlines for delivery and for the exit file to be submitted in the Hyperion system.- Retail budget – creation using the previous actual figures.- Analyses (graphics) of the KPIs resulting exported from the submitted budget to inform segments regarding the fluctuations.- Great collaboration with business lines to have a clearly exit budget file.
