Main Responsibilities: • Successfully delivered several projects on multiple products using several methodologies - Agile, Incremental, Waterfall.• Projects include enhancing existing products and building new products from the ground up. • Managed several projects, including BASE24-eps Release 2.0, a large project with an international team

Responsibilities:• Project management for engineering activities for BASE24-eps 11.1, large project completed in March 2012• Accountable for engineering activities for the major releases of the company's flagship product - BASE24-eps• Review large scope projects, implement and control project schedules including the use of resources.• Research solutions using available technology to meet customer business objectives.• Assess and mitigate risk to projects.• Seek opportunities for innovation and implement in both technical solutions and process improvement; especially in the area of automation.• Manage budget, conduct reviews, and direct performance targets of team.• Research education, training, and conference opportunities to enhance team technical knowledge and skills
