The CLEAR method combines psychology and meditation to increase life quality and achieve your goals in 5 steps:-> Let's take an example so you can better understand how the CLEAR method works: A 10 year old kid lost his parents and he blocks every time when he sees another kid with his parents. ______________________________C - Becoming CONSCIOUS of the hidden barriers:-> The kid realises that when he sees someone with his parents he blocks. This is the most important step.L - LIBERTY is obtained by forgiving people and accepting past experiences;-> If the kid understands that his parents didn't abandon him and that they didn't decide to die, he can start accepting that they are not there for him anymore. The acceptance process is long and hard in this example. However, if he can forgive them for leaving this world and accept that they are not alive anymore, he can get the emotional liberty.E - If the forgiving and accepting worked well we regain the ENERGY of life;-> The energy of life is not excitement, but gratefulness and unconditional love. In our example, if the kid would see someone with his/her parents he would maybe go to the kid and say something like "hello, I just want to tell you that you are very lucky to have your parents and I hope that you are grateful for having them".A - Using some simple techniques to get the manifestation energy of ABUNDANCE;-> The abundance is a state in which goals are realised without effort. Let's say that the kid from our example loves playing the violin. As he needs money he goes to the city centre to play the violin. In this way he can feel the abundance of life (as he is passionate about playing violin) and make some money at the same time. So he arrives in the city centre and starts playing the violin. It's a very sad song that he sings in the name of his parents. Even if the song is sad, he sings from his heart and he is one with the song and the violin. He is in a state of ABUNDANCE. R - Only from a place of abundance we can truly REALISE our objectives.-> Because of his passion and ability to truly be in the present moment, people are naturally attracted by him. This is the moment when "by coincidence" many doors open. A good example might be that a recording owner could pass by and give him his/her business card as he/she wants to come to the studio and give him a chance to become a professional violinist.The main idea is that when we are in an abundance state we attract the right people and opportunities in our life.
