Architecting solutions.- IT strategy development and implementation.- IT processes, policies & procedures development. - IT projects management.- Management of information security (security strategies, risks, controls, policies, procedures, rules, alerts, monitoring, security awareness, vulnerabilities & attack vectors identification, prevention of disaster situations, provision of information confidentiality, integrity + availability, incident evaluations, response plans/strategy, security event management, resource planning, encryption, I&AM, applying ISO27k family of standards).- Compliance assurance (internal/external/industry standards, legal, regulations, agreements).- Data exchange and collab with Credit Bureau, National Anticorruption Center, Office for Prevention and Fight Against Money Laundering, National Center for Personal Data Protection.- Business continuity & disaster recovery. - Management of changes.- Making systems auditable.- Supporting internal/external auditors along audit lifecycle (e.g. evidence retrieval).- Performance & capacity management.- Data retention & disposal.- Planning, budgeting and reporting.- Automation of reports.- Systems analysis, integration, migration & automation.- Infrastructure management & consolidation.- Administration of databases, systems & networks.- ERP and LOB apps implementation support, maintenance, development and management.- Cutting IT maintenance costs via process optimization, overhaul, automation, leveraging and control improvement. - Cost control.- Acquisitions and vendor management.- User training on business apps (ERP, accounting, etc.), effective and secure IT infrastructure usage, advanced MS Excel usage & VBA).
