Project management for web-based Business Software and custom Ecommerce Websites, following all main stages:1. Client analysis: current activity, analysis of the current software they use, which are the advantages and the disadvantages of their current work-flow. At this stage we have a first version of an application analysis document: based on the established requirements we detail the application functionalities and propose the best solutions to ease the use of the application and to gain the most of its usage. Depending on the complexity of the project, we analyze also the opportunity to use the Agile Scrum Methodology.2. Based on the analysis we create wire frames for each application module. After their approval by all project members (both from Concept24 development team and from the client's representatives), we create a full demo of the application, by representing each module using html files designed from our platform. We reduce to minimum the risk of having an inappropriate application after its finalization.3. Development and QA coordination: we use either the Agile Scrum Methodology (sprints for development of "parts" of the application) or our own "what you see is what you get" methodology (all the project details and layout is established at the beginning and the development is done in a single stage). The coordination of the development team is very important, assuring the proper quality of the product and delivering the finished work in time).4. Support activity: we assure constant support from our team, we will assist you in every situation, at any time during the the implementation and real use in the company.

I coordinated the online store activity: content management, online store improvement proposals and development coordination with the agency, sales reports and proposal for new product purchasing, proposal for new campaigns and campaigns reports.
