As a Deputy General Manager I was responsible for all company sites technical development. The main projects was Okazii.ro, Trafic.ro, Myjob.ro, Kestionare.ro, Animale.ro, Hit.ro, Auto.ro • Development of a new datacenter: more than 100 m², hundred of servers grouping in 25 server racks, multiple internet connection for full redundancy, two generators, raised floor and professional cooling system from Liebert (now it’s Emerson). The power usage effectiveness (PUE) of the datacenter was under 1.3; • Management of software development team: hiring more than 20 high skilled software engineers in web technology like Linux, Apache, PHP, Oracle, MySQL, JavaScript. • Management of infrastructure development team. • Managed technical development for multiple project in the same time.

As an IT Manager of NCH Group I developed the first IT shared services team for NCH’s companies. The main focus for this team was to provide professional services for NCH's companies into several areas: IT Procurement, Communications Infrastructure Development, Instrument for Business Reporting, Team Management for local IT department. Also I was involded in the largest IT&C projects of NCH:• Team leader for ERP implementations of Scala Business Solution (now is part of Epicor) in several companies as Romlux Targoviste, Electrotehnica Bucuresti, Vel Pitar Bucuresti, Imsat Bucuresti. • Business Requirements Analyst for Hyperion (now is Oracle Business Intelligence Suite) implementation at Vel Pitar Bucuresti.• IT Analyst for several due diligence projects including banks acquisition.• IT Analyst for IT system acquisition at Electroaparataj Bucuresti (ERP system) and Libra Bank (core banking system). • For the headquarter needs I developed a large suites of applications for assets management, group reporting and financial consolidation. All the applications was developed using PHP, Java, JavaScript and Sybase databases.
