Managing a range of services including FM, Real Estate, Travel, Fleet Operations, Contracts, and Projects for Offices & Factories across the region.Primary objectives are:*Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, business partners, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create coherent business cases, achieve operational excellence, and meet cost savings goals within the Workplace.*Driving delivery throughout the region by spearheading key initiatives such as ED&I, Sustainability, Safety & Security. This also involves implementing new processes like automation and enhancing operations.*Creating inclusive experiences that prioritize the ability to drive performance and achieve effective workplace transformation, while also balancing sensitive and local nuances.

Managed & led the deployment of initiatives in Europe (38 sites) and IMEA (9 sites), my role involved various responsibilities aimed at enhancing operations delivery and creating memorable experiences. Key tasks & responsibilities:*Identified Improvement Opportunities: Continuously assessed the operations within the region and identified areas where improvements can be made. This could include streamlining processes, optimizing resources, or enhancing customer experiences.*Propose Change: Developed proposals for change based on the improvement opportunities identified. In my role as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the IMEA region, encompassing nine countries, I have provided support to all roles and functions within the region. My primary focus has been on enabling and facilitating the execution of strategic Facility Management (FM) operational programs aimed at enhancing operational excellence, driving automation, achieving cost savings, and supporting client business targets.One of my key responsibilities has been to coach and monitor teams across the region, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. By upskilling their capabilities and expanding their expertise, I have contributed to their professional development and empowered them to deliver high-quality results.Furthermore, I have actively promoted a culture of continuous improvement by fostering a learning environment and encouraging the adoption of best practices. Accountable manager for integrated facilities & project management delivery for a client portfolio in two sites totaling 10,000 square meters, with a population of 570 users, my responsibilities encompass various aspects:*Lead Site Facility Operations: Oversee the operations of various services including soft services, hard services, security, and dining. Set enhanced key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets, develop mitigation plans, & work closely with vendors to ensure desired service levels are achieved.*Stakeholder Relationships: Foster positive and sound management relationships with third-party tenants and property owners as applicable. *Contractual Compliance and Business Continuity*Process Improvement and Cost Optimization*Budget Management: Develop and deploy the yearly action plan, including comprehensive planning and delivery of the annual and three-year capital and controllable budgets. Strive to achieve a 3% cost savings from the operational budget while maintaining service quality. Meet accuracy targets with a variance of +/- 2% annually.*Health and Safety Management: Take ownership of the on-site health and safety management program, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safe working environment.*Vendor Management: Develop and monitor the performance of local partners, including third-party vendors.*Team Leadership: Lead two teams consisting of six FM team members and 45 contractors, overseeing service delivery to provide upscale service that wows employees and the client.*Workplace Initiatives: Deliver a wide range of initiatives aimed at creating a balanced, relaxing, yet productive workplace environment for end users. This could include projects such as office renovations, terrace enhancements, planning center establishment, and head office relocations while optimizing services and improving quality and variety.

Managed facilities and real estate deliveries for different sites across the region which includes Egypt, Jordon, Syria, and Lebanon through which I delivered the below scope:Lead / developed a team in each site who handled:All facilities projects to improve services and / or reduce. Manages vendors and outsourced partnerships, including planning and coordinating facility construction projects to completion; contract management, controls and performance reviews. Manage key suppliers for daily operations deliveries. Interfaces with key functions within the organization, as necessary to ensure proper and sufficient support to all areas. Fosters an environment of teamwork and participation. Performs studies and submit reports on facilities related specialprojects. Monitors the operational and capital expenditure budgets. I also lead a group of Admin Assistants with different functions (i.e. Staff Orientation, Accommodation, Fleet, Customer Interface, Health & Safety, Employees databases, Events Management, Travel, Voice/Data services, Governmental Affairs, & Medical Insurance) in relation to Employees benefits.
