• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills,qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, universities, and other talent sources to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsible for maintaining a pool of candidates for several HRBrain clients on National levels through full-cycle recruitment.Coordinating to ensure all staff meets the client’s organizational requirements.Communicating and interviewing /pre-screening candidatesScreen, arrange interviews, create, negotiate, and present offers using MS 365, Zoom, and Webex.
