Made a move from Oil & Gas to Mobile Media & Broadcast. Interesting and challenging new job as Head of Legal of an aggressive,bold and exciting group at BOLT Global. Looking ahead to new knowledge and experiences.

Managed and supervised the Legal Department. Involved in dealing with various stakeholders relating the KIC business and the Asia Petroleum Hub Project. Dealt with Chairman, Directors and Heads of Departments on legal and business issues.

Was Partner in the law firm of M/s Hisham, Sobri & Kadir. Undertook business development initiatives to expand scope of collaboration with international law firms from Australia & Singapore and organised Islamic Finance and PPP seminar.

Primarily involved inter-alia in advising and drafting of commercial contracts, privatisation agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, memorandums and share acquisition agreements. Appointed as legal consultant for Government sponsored studies relating to the commercial viability of Malay Reserve lands and another, City of Kuala Lumpur Master Plan. During his stint at ATSZ he acquired a broad exposure in international work and served to represent Malaysian clients in business transactions in Australia, Egypt, Vietnam, Russia, Belarus, Poland, the UAE, Myanmar and Indonesia. He was exposed to various business sectors including defense, general construction, dredging and marine and general commercial business.

Acting for clients in various banking and commercial litigation in lower courts until Federal Court of Malaya.
