As Auckland Sales Manager I was responsible for leading a team and achieving sales growth and profit targets across allocated territories along with working with the Australian business to develop opportunities and yield forecasting standards.Key Responsibilities:Driving Sales activity to exceed sales revenue objectives.Provide direction and support to the team to ensure functions are carried out to a high standard.Responsible for the recruitment, training and induction of sales people including ongoing monitoring of performance against objectives.Providing accurate weekly forecasting against budget and monitoring progress against monthly targets.Develop and implement strategies for NZ Sales then drive and if necessary alter these plans in order to deliver against the objectives.Responsible for all negotiations on briefs from within the agency and direct portfolio to deliver profitable business to the company.Identify customer trends and analysis sales to maximize future sales growth.Develop and drive continuous improvement processes to deliver a competitive advantage to the business.
