Academic Advisor to Business, Accounting, Economics, and Paralegal students, as well as PSEO high school students, and undecided students. Caseload ranged from 380-500+

• Planned and managed all aspects of professional development programming, averaging 40-50+ events per year in an in-person, hybrid, and virtual capacity, from 30-750 participants.• Primary liaison to Executive Committee, Board of Directors; coordinated all meetings, prepared board materials, onboarded new members, tracked annual goals; ensured fidelity to board requirements and strategic plan.• Established positive relationships with member volunteers, organized member-led committees and advisory groups to create new content and programming; facilitated planning meetings and focus groups.• Oversaw and coordinated MESPA’s general operations and HR, including insurance, office lease, payables/receivables, payroll, employee onboarding and employee benefits. Primary contact for all vendors.• Assisted Executive Director in overseeing and monitoring $1.5M budget and financial statements.• Led coordination of workflow of all general office projects and operations for staff, acted as primary supervisor and decision maker in absence of Executive Director.• Produced new and updated existing board and staff policies; designed and led implementation of onboarding documents for Board, committees, and staff rooted in HR and nonprofit best-practice.

Acted as liaison between School of Social Work and over 300 social work agencies offering student internships.Tracked over 350 students placed in community settings with over 300 social work supervisors annually; managing placement interviews, placement opportunities, and placement selection process.Organized and coordinated work flow of all office projects in Field Office, acting as project manager.Oversaw planning and logistics of all field events (~20 annually).

Managed parent and community volunteers to increase family and community engagement. Successfully coordinated school events, fundraisers, family nights, and school projects. Acted as liaison to active Parent-Teacher Organization.

Assisted in coordinating Targeted Services after-school program, summer school program, and YMCA School Success enrichment opportunities serving over 600 students annually.
