I have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of Amazon Trainers. I am responsible for engaging associates during shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance performance and engagement. In addition, I provide the associates with the tools needed for success, drive productivity and train and develop others through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.

The Sr HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides Human Resources support to our businesses. My role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

As a Business Office Manager, I was responsible for the management and operation of the business office and a member of the store leadership team. My team was responsible for the following critical areas: processing paperwork for vehicle sales and purchases, warranty contracts, DMV and Title Management, accounts payable, cash management, state & company compliance and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Business Office Manager, I interacted daily with Sales, Purchasing and our Operations teams. I was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and continual development of all business office associates. I also provided support to the team as the store Human Resources Manager and ensured that processes and procedures were followed.

As an Assistant Store Manager, I was responsible for all aspects of running the departments on the sales floor including merchandising, operations and managing associates while meeting sales and productivity goals. I managed daily store operations, provided exceptional customer service, merchandise management, associate training and development, human resources, payroll and weekly schedules. I was a part of the regional new store opening team and training.
