Responsible for the maintenance and use of each Market's staffing model. Work closely with the Market Operations Manager to ensure consistency throughout Markets, manage the staffing function within the Market to ensure adherence to established staffing levels by monitoring the FTE numbers, and work with Human Resources to ensure the right mix of Full-Time, Part-Time and Peak-Time employees. Work as a liaison with the Recruiting function within HR. Responsible for the Access Management for all employees within the assigned Market. Ensures that all Branch and Market employees have the correct assess for their position, maintains system profiles, and ensures that New Hires and Newly Transferred employees have appropriate access on their first day. Ensures that all employees who leave the Market, whether through termination or transferring, have access removed. On a case-by-case basis, the MAM will provide other financial support and analysis for the Market, as needed by the Market Operations Manager.

• Plan, schedule and coordinate monthly market meetings and events• Manage market manager’s calendar that consist of meetings, appointments and weekly teleconference calls• Assist and support 11 regional managers and senior management team• Schedule and plan travel arrangements• Prepare regional correspondence• Assist and coordinate in other company-wide functions such as annual awards, forums and training• Coordinate and schedule weekly and monthly regional manager status call and employee evaluation• Manage and support customer relations as needed
