I have stage managed countless productions, hosted galas, coordinated events, and have worked directly with founders of LGBTQ+ organizations. I’ve grown and learned more than I could have possibly imagined through my time here.In addition to having a bachelor’s degree, and five years of experience as an educator in Shanghai, I bring an enthusiasm for learning and educating to any role that I have in the hopes of inspiring others to learn and to excel. I am an adaptable and innovative professional with a focus on developing a welcoming, safe and inspirational work environment. I strive daily to push myself towards excellence. I am collaborative, adaptable, and skilled in developing leadership and cohesion within my work environment, thrive under pressure. I have excellent communication, and problem-solving skills as well.In my role as a second-grade teacher at Shanghai High School International Division, I am responsible for 26 students. While serving as their Homeroom teacher I have refined my skills both in management and in planning lessons and curriculum that are challenging, relevant, and interesting to the students. This role has given me the necessary skills to work in various settings.
