I have spent a significant period with a global company achieving a range of outcomes from customer-centric roles through to my current executive role. I have developed organisation acumen and developed a range of transferrable skills, based on my experiences and opportunities to achieve business objectives.I strategically develop, lead, and manage Hill's Australia Veterinary Nurse education programs (also incorporating NZ) and have had experience in managing multiple people throughout my career.I engage the internal sales team and wider veterinary healthcare teams by managing and building external partnerships, utilising both online programs and offline resources, and leading Hill’s social media strategy implementation for veterinary professional audiences.I successfully work cross-functionally with several internal departments (e.g. customer development and marketing), global teams as well as manage external agency teams to achieve desired outcomes.
