Currently completing over 300 hours of practicum experience, including more than 100 hours of full responsibility teaching in a 5th grade Special Education inclusion setting under the supervision of an experienced practitioner. Actively supporting students with IEPs, ensuring 80% or full inclusion by tailoring modifications to meet individual needs and assisting the general education teacher with lesson delivery. Throughout this experience, I have developed manipulatives, adapted instructional strategies, and facilitated small group sessions for individualized instruction.

Completed 100 hours of pre-practicum student teaching in a K-2 Special Education classroom under the guidance of a supervising practitioner. Engaged in both push-in and pull-out services, providing specialized instruction to students with IEPs. Developed and implemented lesson plans, conducted individualized instruction, and facilitated small group sessions tailored to meet each student’s unique educational needs, supporting their progress through the curriculum.
