• Assign and monitor daily work to achieve departmental goals for receiving, picking, RMA, MRB, and shipping activities for the aerospace division of a Fortune 500 organization.• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient warehouse operations in a 5S organization.• Write and maintain all departmental work instructions, training records, and performance appraisals.
