Graduate of IT Support and Infrastructure, future IT Support Specialist. My passion for seeing how things work brought me to Sheridan College, where I am working on my Diploma in IT Infrastructure. Last semester I completed the Foundation program, which covers networking, troubleshooting.The most valuable lesson I have learned has been the importance of continuing to update my knowledge because IT is ever changing. Even though I knew I wanted to work in the IT field, I have enjoyed getting back to basics with assembling computers and troubleshooting. My class in Computer Hardware has provided me with great insights for a future career in IT.This year I have intermediate skill Web Design, troubleshooting, Visual Basics, and Java Script. I continue to build skills in C+ and Python. Next year, I hope to complete these two skills that will provide real-life experience and important technological skills.
