- Collaborate with the CIT-TTAC Operations Director to conduct 40-Hour Crisis Intervention Team trainings per year for police departs, including identifying and scheduling qualified police and clinical presenters and developing curriculum.- Assume primary responsibility for the coordination and delivery of multiple Mental Health First Aid courses to police departments and first responders.- Provide technical assistance to police departments around implementation of CIT trainings and technical support.- Engage in outreach to market program activities. Respond to CIT-TTAC program inquiries in a timely manner.

- Organize and follow through with online and in-person collectives to enable collaborations and learning exchanges between practical experts, stakeholders, and academics.- Gather information on best practices for victims’ advocates and interface with the state prosecutions office to provide aid for victims.- Research and build learning resources such as newsletters, campaigns, surveys, and visual representations of data to promote policy change.my responsibilities included the creation of resources and data to easily relay research to community stakeholders, as well as to obtain and maintain contact with over 50 domestic violence shelters in the state of Florida. Additionally, I participated in several task forces to advocate for policy reform on behalf of victims, including the Pinellas and Hillsborough counties domestic violence task forces and their training and education committee for which I was a co-secretary.
