Project + Design Coordinator
Current- Coordinate + schedule trades, attend walkthroughs, and ensure construction is progressing according to the building outline
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc.) and design the layout of all signage and advertisements
- Set up home staging, edit photos, and create online content to maximize exposure
- Identify and meet potential buyers, do showings and walkthroughs, and execute home sales
- Meet with clients and guide them when picking out custom countertops, cabinet layouts, flooring, and all other interior/exterior products and materials
- Write cheques, pay bills, and do all monthly bookkeeping + data entry using Microsoft Office and Sage50 Accounting software
