Falku robotics is a Tunisian startup specialized in the field of industrial robotics and machine vision solutions. My main role in this startup is to develop embedded software for robotics and machine vision applications through :• Developing and testing Qt based user interfaces for robotics and machine vision applications using C ++ and Python languages,• Implementing and testing a synchronization mechanism to customize Modbus communication, enhancing the protocol's suitability for real-time applications,• Sizing the required hardware and software components for machine vision and robotics solutions,• Implementing and testing the control algorithms of an articulated robot on Siemens PLCs,• Managing a team of interns throughout all the development phase, and• Creating technical documentation containing all the steps that lead to setting-up the developed solutions from scratch.

I was responsible for implementing a Delta robot actuating system through :• Making the technical choice of the different hardware components,• Elaborating and implementing the geometrical models of an articulated Delta robot on MATLAB in order to determine its workspace,• Implementing and testing the control algorithms of an articulated Delta robot on Siemens S7-1500T PLC using TIA Portal., and• Implementing a Delta robot user interface using Node-Red and Qt.
