Daily preparation of all advertisements to ensure they are placed correctly in position for each individual publication; Prepare daily flat plan for each publication; Deal with Advertising Section and related editorial section to ensure accurate and correct results; Making a daily record for all problems/ timing and deliver it to the Production supervisor for following up; Receive correct advertisements from all publications within timeframe, allowing adequate time for Page Makers to start their job as soon as pages are fixed; Produce files and digital proofs plus pre flight and specification check; Use an imposition design program in the workflow.
