A company specializing in import and sales of sports equipment.Main job responsibilities:• Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business• Financial Audit• Coast analysis and preparation of budget, targets and net profit• Pricing of all bids and corporate offers• Manage all import, custom and clearing procedures for imported goods and coordinate with related parties• Responsible for the preparation of financial statements• Manage income and sales tax calculation and settlement with Tax Department• Preparing group financial consolidated statements on a monthly and annual basis• Preparing budgets, performance reports and cash flow• Coordinating with external and internal auditors. • Handling the preparation of the year-end closing• Monitoring and participating in the stock count• Monitoring, directing and supervising the accounts department staff • Supervising and monitoring the daily journal vouchers, checking all the debit/credit notes and follow up all entities collections• Responsible for preparing staff salaries, staff income tax calculations, follow up staff social securities and follow up income tax department to clear staff income tax• Following -up with the banks letters of credit and letters of guarantee • Handling the company’s external financial relationships such as banks, Tax Department, Social Security, Chamber of trade and finance, GAM, etc.

• Audit clients accounts• Ensure full compliance with related laws and regulations• Collating, checking and analyzing spreadsheet data• Examining company accounts and financial control systems• Checking that financial reports and records are accurate and reliable• Ensuring that assets are safeguarded• Identifying if and where processes are not working as they should and advising on changes to be made• Preparing reports, commentaries and financial statements• Liaising with managerial staff and presenting findings and recommendations• Ensuring procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with• Undertaking reviews of wages
