• Manage and develop all existing clients by exploring new packaging techniques and generating new methods to bring in new clients.
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting.
• Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the company’s presence throughout Syria.
• Stock controlling in all warehouses of a company through incoming and outgoing bills and purchases orders.

Syria - Hims

• Working hand in hand with the government to define areas for digging water wells and connecting them to the main water circle of that region.
• Coordinating the suppliers bids submitted for the various wells projects and handling the process with the selected bidder.
• Assisting the winning bidder/supplier in planning and preparation of equipment for wells digging.
• Contributing in planning for water sanitation within the city of Homs and having ready sanitation plans upon necessity.
• Evaluating and reporting the status of water needs among emigrants regions and putting together a distribution plan for the team to execute on each approved region.
• Distributing portable filtering systems and training the users on the methods of usage.

Syria - Hims

• Paying site visits with the monitors to estimate the conditions of emigrants’ shelters in terms of basic daily needs and life devices.
• Supervising aids distribution for emigrants across the city of Homs, prioritizing families as per their status of urgency.
• Reporting aids supplement status after various meetings with shelters managers and submitting them to higher management for action.

Syria - Hims - Souk

• Handling front desk sales process and arranging the visual exhibit of the product.
• Maintain excellent customer service levels and achieve customers’ satisfaction.
• Increase sales and meet all related targets.
• Surveying competitors selling techniques and preparing selling packages according to market trends.

Syria - Hims - City Center

• Paying visits to VIP clients and presenting the company profile and services aiming to develop business and grow the clients portfolio.
• Creating a backup filing system for organizing clients’ portfolios and data base.
• Working closely between the client and the company team work to accurately deliver client requirements and supervise delivery within timeline.
• Running the process of tailoring products and solutions matching client’s expectations and requirements.
