Job Summary: responsible for ensuring the integrity of accountinginformation by researching account issues for compliance and by establishingquality control over financial transactions and financial reportingMain Responsibilities:- Prepares Financial Reports to external users (Donors) and monthly analyticalreports to the internal users (BOD – departments management).- Preparing Annual Financial statements in compliance with Egyptianaccounting standard.- Leading and handle the organization annual budget preparation- Facilitate and deals with the auditors during auditing process- Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting,reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trialbalance; reconciling entries.- Produces payroll by liaising monthly with banks; ensures money transfers tobanks occur accurately and in a timely fashion.- Prepares monthly tax reports (income taxes) and quarterly tax reports (VATReports) on behalf of the organization.- Deals with the Ministry of Social Solidarity and financial auditors regularly- Prepare governmental financial annual reports.

- Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals.- Analyze monthly financial information - Bank monitoring - Prepare monthly GL entries

- Review partner project (agreements / Expenses) in accordance with the donors and organization terms and procedures. - Prepare (monthly / quarterly) reports for the donors and project managers - Check, verify and process all central purchasing department's transactions- Handle Process of Payments via checks or bank orders- On a daily basis, register financial transactions using (Oracal) system - Handle month-end closing of departmental expenses- Prepare VAT returns - Prepare Ledger entries- Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals.- Developing new accounting procedures and processes- Prepare financial statement - Assistance in preparation of the annual organization budget - Assistance in annual audit
