• Ensure that all contract specifications and guidelines are always followed during the project's start-up till handover phases. • Create strategies and techniques, as well as communicate project deadlines, to ensure projects are completed on time. • Ensure that the material submittals, vendor list, country of origin, warranty, and spares are in conformity with the project specifications and stakeholders’ requirements. •Studying contractual documents and obtaining approval for material submittals, shop drawings, single line diagrams SLD and load schedules in accordance with authority rules, DEWA, IEC, IEEE, international codes and standards. •Ensure that all method statements and risk Assessments adhere to business HSE/QA¬QC processes and meet the needs of the authorized consultants. •maintain the procurement/long lead item schedule, indicating delivery dates and the status of pending material deliveries, and monitor delivery dates while noting any hurdles to program delivery.•Outline work plans, allocate resources, establish timelines, and create preliminary budgets.•Reduce the cost of installing electrical services in some significant operations by 20% using innovative concepts while preserving high quality. •Prepared a variety of different written communications, reports, and documents. •Carrying out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently. •Manage all financial aspects of projects, prepare the monthly bill, variation orders, take-off and finalize the subcontractor agreement and payment. •Plan & prepare for the necessary pre-commissioning, commissioning, and post-Commissioning activities. •Ensure that all associated documentation and records are completed and accurate, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals (O&M). •Coordinate and witness required factory acceptance tests (FAT).• Ensure that the project's safety standards and goals are understood and adhered to.
