My main responsibilities : . Track and fully document changes for functional and business specifications. . Learn to perform training sessions, and demos for customers and new staff. . Participate in user acceptance verification of new system functionalists and requirements. · Participate in meetings, sessions & discussions about possible product enhancements . · Assist at requirements analysis & definition/addition to TFS. ·Prepare mockups, design of new pages and enhancements . · Assist the business analysts or product managers in creating customer documents such as SRS , Change requests , Business requirement documents.

Reciprocates : - Recommend process improvements to ensure system capability and reliability. - Assist developing and implementation of deployment plan. - Work with IT and QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications.develop deployment support documentations for customers. - Act as primary customer contact for deployment / support related inquiries and issues.
