Role: o Leading a team of Supply Chain Management with its related stakeholders, Procurement, Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing and Facility Management.Key Responsibilities: Modernization and demand management optimization o Developed procurement, Logistics, Transportation and Warehouse procedure, policies, process, controls.o Familiar with programs of reporting, analyzing, reviewing, planning and ways of localizing the Supply Chain Management. o Implemented ABCs classification of vendors were resulting in cost reduction and improve quality and satisfactory on ICT projects.o Directed the downstream supply chain for key customers of GCC, and integrating our internal supply chain with the extended supply chains at the downstream o Owner of the demand & Supply of those markets, and working very closely with demand planners, commercial, to ensure the sales and operations planning cycle numbers vs budget. o Developing the AP process to ensure the payment releasing strategy to all vendors and scheduling their due amount.o Enhancing the Payment Terms & Condition of all orders submitted to the vendors.o Contract implementation - including developing and negotiations of agreements working with other necessary stakeholders.o Coordinate with various stakeholders to determine and manage inventory needs.o Lead continuous improvement to drive meaningful changes in process, supplier, or material to deliver value beyond price.o Optimizes warehouse layout, including internal working practices such as arrangement of goods within the warehouse, meeting specific requirements for selected items.o Projects Collaboration: Salam Mobile Launching – TLS FTTH Project Phase 1 and 2 – Digitech Corner (Meed) – Zain 5G Sales – Salam FFTH and 5G Sales – TLS FTTH and FFTR Installation – MOH Manage Support – and other projects.
