Perform technical duties in planning and designing and coordinating the construction of building structure, Supervises construction staff, such as inspectors, materials, engineers and project administrators and sub- contractors. Also provides technical advice regarding the design and construction of buildings and managerial staff, and estimates quantities and cost of materials needed in projects.Supervise all activities of projects and ensure compliance to all plans and specifications to ensure optimal working of construction process.Overseeing working of all engineering construction process and recommend to all construction activities and ensure compliance to specification and construction schedule and prepare all progress reports.Review the material submittals and ensure conformity to specifications and standards.Checking the work at site technically.Liaison with consultant, client local authorities and suppliers.
