(Start from site preparation rig move and acceptance to rig release, shallow, deep & super deep wells.•Run different types of casings and Liner.•Supervise all different types of casings and Liner cementing operations.•Supervise all different types of cement remedial jobs.•Supervise all different types of casing Batch.•Supervise all Directional Drilling operations.•Performed many Side tracks (open hole & cased hole) & re-entry wells.•Management of free stuck pipe and fishing operations.•Supervise killing procedure for gas & oil wells (long way & reverse out).•Ensure all well operations are conducted in accordance with the approved Program.•Ensures well control and authorizes remedial/preventive actions in case of emergency or hazards to safety.•Participate in all rig inspection activities as per API standard.•Supervise all Electric wire line operations (all open hole logging, RFT, cased hole logging, correlations, perforation permanent packers set etc.)•Supervise all slick wire line operations.•Conduct Weekly Safety Meeting discussed HSE, Supervise monthly rig safety inspection.•Conduct weekly kick drill, H2S drill & Fire drill with.•Make daily / weekly reports (drilling report, cost sheet, mud and safety reports).•Dealing With TCP and Casing Guns.•Deal with all types of drilling Bits•Running all completion types ( Natural Completion + ESP + SRPR ).•Deal with unstable hole problems due to (caving, swelling shale, loss of circ., gas & water kicks, etc.).•New well completion and recompletion.•Manage the logistics of the drilling operation in an efficient manner.•Ensure that critical operations are adequately supervised, that potential problems are identified and contingency plans in place.•Supervises and ensures the safe execution of all operational programs.•Have a high QHSE awareness.•Good implementation of all rig Safety Management System and inspection documentation.
