Duties:• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other department, subcontractors, supervisors, managers • Perform quality assurance and control activities, such as site reviews and ensure adherence to the contract requirement • Manage project change orders; from pricing to processing & planning the workflow, and assessing cost and schedule impact • Supervise and evaluate staff, while completing employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance • Prepare schedules, work progress, production, and other reports• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports

Project: Olaya General Hospital Reinforcement concrete project, 33,000 m2 area consisting of 9 floors Duties: • Performed site inspections for civil and construction survey works• Supervised contactor's work on-site and advised on civil engineering issues• Checked daily and weekly reports submitted by the contractor• Corrected project deficiencies that affect quality and safety requirements• Reviewed and commented on contractor invoices

Projects:-Alduffi Retail Mall project-Albaik resturant-Alburj Center Plaza-Panorama Plaza project_Zawaya labours accommodation house Duties: • Scheduled and evaluated construction material, equipment purchases, and deliveries• Resolved design and development problems• Checked plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations• Undertook site investigations for civil construction works and for land survey• Ensured construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations• Prepared contract documents, reviewed and evaluated tenders for construction projects• Provided advice and resolved any emerging problems/deficiencies creatively• Oversaw and mentored staff• Liaised with clients, consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
