• Wrote a complex bash script to automate the daily one-hour process of setting up the connection between multiple ‘encryption’ proxies to single/multiple instances of ServiceNow product.• Wrote 10 JUnit tests to automate testing of new features, as well as debugged failing ones.• Found 72 bugs with the new release of the product while manually testing it in ‘Hardening’ phase.
