The self-organization workshops, through readings and group exercises, aim to start a self-reflection and dialogue with other collectives to increase the awareness of self and otherwithin collective decision-making and management processes, allowing participants to acquire new tools aimed at structuring, facilitating and harmonizing collective work.

Coordinating work activities of teams of volunteers in the Regeneration of Comunità di Etica Vivente's land through Permaculture and Regenerative Agricolture approaches. Duties involve:- Facilitation of team processes- Calendarizing work tasks on the land and other formative activities- Managing accounts & CSA scheme- Supervising regenerative farming practices in vegetable gardens & Olive trees plots- Reporting with qualitative and quantitative methods.- Relating with other project partners - building partnerships

European Network for Community-led Initiatives on Climate Change and Sustainability.Manage the business and affairs of the Association, and implement the resolutions of the General Assembly and to prepare its meetings. Membership of the Council provides an opportunity to play an active role in planning and managing the ongoing activities of ECOLISE.

GEN Europe consists of a constantly expanding network of intentional com­munities, ecovillages and national ecovillage networks. We support the creation and development of new and existing ecovillages through training, education, networking and advocacy.The Administrative Council is the core of the organization, and has all powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration and disposal of assets. It also supervises organization and financial management, whilst holding its vision firmly.

Coordinated GEN Europe's packages delivery in the Community Biogas Moldova project. Tasks done to conclude the project:> coordinating a team of 5 which produced a sensitization campaign > managing 12k budget funding from Swedish Government> calendarized specific project outputs> participated in steering meetings with other project partners> supervised the creation of: 1 Training of Trainers, 4 theoretical and practical workshops, 1 stakeholder analysis, 1 impact assessment & a national conference;

My role in this Italian Intentional Community is to engage youth from other communities around the world and attract them to join the community and aid the transition toward a more sustainable communal life. Beside taking care of hospitality and volunteer programs sponsored by the European Union, the team started joint ventures with the Global Ecovillage Network and the Italian network of ecological villages.

As part of GEN's target to engage youth in various communities around the world, my role in NextGen was to help organize and co-facilitate an Ecovillage Design Education Course (offered by Gaia education and supported by UNESCO) and represent Auroville's youth in the birth of the NextGEN network of Asia and Oceania (NEXTGENOA), at the EDE held at Gaia Ashram, in Thailand.

Auroville Urban Farming (City Center) is a pilot project located at the city center of Auroville Universal Township to experiment, learn and experience how to build a city in deep harmony with nature. It addresses innovative concepts as integral landscaping, roof-top gardening, Agroforestry, grey-water system recycling, participative and community building efforts to address issues as Food Security.The main focus of the project is to promote self-production, so that the aim of nutritional self-reliance of the Universal Township can be achieved. It is not born as an alternative to anything; the ideal is to consociate food production to what is already in place. The project aims to become, if the pilot phase turns to be successful, a service offered by Auroville to its residents, to promote and aid efforts of agricultural production whether in urban, peri-urban or forest communities. Duties entailed talking to different stakeholders to assess and determine the level of Food Security of Auroville's food system and to orient efforts toward maximising them.Practically I had to provide suggestions of land-use change and provision of know-how to improve home vegetable production. Moreover one important task was to help "Localicious" (Local food people movement) to establish an independent farmers market in Auroville.

Duties included: a 40 minute campus tour to a number of families, along spending the day with the group and answering every questions on our course and faculty. Personally much of my work was around explaining the purpose of the Development Work Experience abroad.

I was assisting new students taking the _ Year Abroad Program_ .by calling them and meeting them to discuss what they were going toward and how to better live the experience.
