A passionate contributor to the Australian optometry & ophthalmology industries, Rae has continued to provide diagnostic and treatment solutions to eyecare providers with enthusiasm and dedication for 17+ years. While completing her double degrees of Bachelor of Business & Commerce and Bachelor of Communications at Monash University, Rae embedded herself into optical dispensing and retail management of leading optometry chains. After 10 years in a patient forward setting, Rae further enhanced her technical skills and sound business acumen to support the independent eyecare market as the VIC Account Manager for an Australian spectacle lens manufacturer. With a long standing interest and thirst for knowledge in the clinical aspects of eyecare, Rae joined a leading optometry device company as a VIC/TAS Territory Manager, further eventuating to become the VIC/TAS Sales Manager for OptiMed/EssilorLuxottica. Since 2017, she continues to enjoy providing product support to both independent and corporate optometrists, ophthalmologists, hospitals, orthoptists, optical dispensers, optometry students, tertiary institutions and optical assistants.
